Latchem Roofing Ltd can relay your new flat roof in a range of materials and finishes, including lead, and can also carry out repairs to leaking or damaged roofs.
The old traditional flat roofs consist of three layers of felt roofing bonded together using hot bitumen with a flashing in green mineral felt. Then finished either in solar paint and chippings.
The more modern way is a 2 or 3 layer torch on high performance polyester felt with a green mineral polyester finish. These felts come in different thicknesses to cover different types of flat roofs.
Perform is a flexible roof coating and can be used in replacement of lead. Perform can be used on flat roofs, roof gutters and flashings.
All flat roofs carry 10-20 year guarantees depending on the system chosen.
